“Nashville Apartment Locators, specifically Hannah Crosswy, helped make moving 1,200 miles away from home very smooth. Hannah made the entire process seamless. Here is how my experience went :

1- I reached out through the website, and got a response the same day

2- Set up a call with Hannah to go over what I was looking for in terms of amenities, location, price, and move- in dates.

3- I received a complied spreadsheet with all applicable complexes and apartments (very detailed, with links to each complex)

4- I decided on which units I was most interested in. From there, Hannah set up tours and took a video of the entire unit.

5- There was no payment needed from me! They get paid by the complexes for each new tenant.

Hannah Crosswy actually went above and beyond in my opinion. I gained a lot of trust for her through the entire experience. Specifically through this encounter - I chose one of the complexes, she set up a tour, when she got there it was unsatisfactory (unsafe, loud, unreliable). She practically veto’d it for me (thank you!). She was honest with me and happy to continue the search for something better. If I had to do the whole process again I wouldn’t change a thing.
