The Process

Curious how this works? Here’s a glimpse into what your free apartment search will look like! Yes, you read that correctly - Working with me costs you absolutely nothing! I am paid directly from whichever property you decide to call home :)

  • Get in touch with me using the contact form on this site, or feel free to text/email me directly - My contact info is at the bottom of this page! Once you reach out, we’ll chat about your move - timeframe, budget, ideal location, etc, and I’ll answer any questions you might have!

  • During this meeting (virtual or in-person), we’ll talk through all of the options that fit what you are looking for. Before we meet, I do research to narrow down the hundreds of apartment complexes in Nashville to the ones that match your criteria!

  • Now it’s time for the fun part! Once we discuss all of the options and you narrow down the list to your top choices, I’ll get tours scheduled! If you’re not in Nashville, no problem - I can tour for you and send pictures/videos or FaceTime you during the tour!

    After you see all of the options and make your decision, I’ll help with the application process and make sure all your questions are answered!

  • Now that the apartment search is over, it’s time to move in and make your new place feel like home! I’ll check in with you periodically to make sure you are loving your new home.
